Revelation of my Grammarly Insights

I have installed the Chrome Add-on Grammarly which helps me to avoid mistakes. But the least I was aware that they are tracking my usage.

I was surprised to see the insights on my usage which indicate the tone "Confident", "Informative", "Friendly" more than what I actually do :-). But its good insight to know.

Now comes the productivity which shows how much I was actively using the tools

Can I use this show my productivity to my company ;-) 

The most important and unbelievable revelation is the insights on my vocabulary.  

With all these insights its unbelievable to me but I feel good and more "Confident" now.

What's the better way to get insights  from these tools which are improving our day today life.

Note: I was using Grammarly as I prep this blog to do the proofreading.

Unconscious Bias

Diversity is a huge concern for most of the companies where they are trying to balance the teams  (gender, culture etc). All companies are trying to break the presumptions and presumed rules which were followed.

Unconscious bias is the idea that people are more likely to make snap judgments based on appearances or notion.

Google conducts a class to all the employees to over come this unconscious bias by make it explicit teaching them some stats on how we are prenotioned around few things.
