Unconscious Bias

Diversity is a huge concern for most of the companies where they are trying to balance the teams  (gender, culture etc). All companies are trying to break the presumptions and presumed rules which were followed.

Unconscious bias is the idea that people are more likely to make snap judgments based on appearances or notion.





Here is how the google illustrates the unconscious bias conscious




Google conducts a class to all the employees to over come this unconscious bias by make it explicit teaching them some stats on how we are prenotioned around few things.
